Pre-Event Information

On Thursday, September 18, all FCS K-12 students will be participating in the Bike-a-thon and Kickball Tournament. This event is to promote physical fitness and support student activities and programs at FCS.
We will meet at 8:00 a.m. at Foxglenn Park, 4200 E Butler Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Google Map Half of the school will play kickball while the other half rides in our Fundraiser Bike-a-thon. and then the students will switch (kickball will now ride, and vice versa). Lunch will NOT be provided for your student(s) this year. Snacks will be provided. Families are very welcome to volunteer and participate.
Please pick up your student(s) between 12:00-12:15 PM at Foxglenn Park. Helmets are required.
*If the half-day is a hardship, we will offer childcare from 12-3 p.m. at South Campus for K-6 (or those with siblings K-6). They will be transported by staff to South campus and then supervised by classroom aides and WILL NOT have academic instruction. Pick-up after 3 p.m. will incur a charge and signup prior to Sept 5 is MANDATORY.
Families are very welcome to volunteer and participate. NOTE: T-Shirt Sponsorship due Monday, Sept. 1, 2025. Download our information, donation, and sponsor form HERE. There will not be logos. This form can be completed on Operoo instead of by paper.
This event is to promote physical fitness and support student activities and programs at FCS. Please support your Warrior student by making a pledge for every checkpoint reached, or you may wish to make a lump sum pledge in any amount.
FUNDRAISING GOAL – $200 a student
The Bike-a-thon is our largest fundraising event for student activities, sports, and STEM programs at Flagstaff Christian School. Please seek business sponsors and individual sponsors.
