We are so excited that you have chosen Flagstaff Christian School for your student! Admission to FCS is on a first come/first served basis, so apply today to secure their seat.
Tuition & Fees
We have several ways to help you get your tuition costs reduced. Visit our Tuition Assistance Options section below to learn more. Student school supplies are included in tuition with few exceptions, such as Bibles and upper school ELA books.
Here is how to re-enroll:
You will need to open, complete, and submit the financial agreement in the instructions emailed out from FACTS. Questions, please email admissions@flagchristian.org. You must pay the registration fee on FACTS. Your student is NOT considered re-enrolled until the payment plan is set up and the application AND fee are paid. Open Enrollment for new FCS students will start Feb 1ˢᵗ, therefore, current students who have not re-enrolled could be placed on a waiting list.
For current families re-enrollment runs from January 2 through February 1st. The fees for re-enrollment are $150 per current student if re-enrolled, with enrollment fees paid by February 1ˢᵗ.
For families with multiple children who would prefer additional time to pay for the enrollment fees, the following fee schedule would still meet our re-enrollment guidelines:
- Student/Child 1: FACTS paperwork and $150 due Feb 1
- Student/Child 2: FACTS paperwork and $150 due Feb 15
- Student/Child 3: FACTS paperwork and $150 due Mar 1
- Additional Children: $150 per child, add 2 weeks per child for the due date
*After February 1st (or if a deadline for a sibling isn’t met), the re-enrollment fee also increases to $250 per student.

Tuition Assistance Options
Apply directly to the Student Tuition Organizations (STOs) for scholarship funds. See Current Information at the beginning of this Scholarship Handbook for current STOs. We recommend you apply to all organizations and programs that you qualify for. This may seem to be a bit of work, but is well worth the effort!
Each STO will have a different application and process. Personal information you should have available is your current 1040 federal tax return and a student narrative. There are deadlines for each STO. These application deadlines are important and can make a significant difference in what – if any – award you may receive.
